って事で、計算しました。

GMT(グリニッジ標準時:Greenwich mean time)
  = PST(米太平洋時間:Pacific Standard Time) +8
  = 6日19:00 + 8
  = 7日3:00

JST(日本標準時:Japan Standard Time)
  = GMT(グリニッジ標準時:Greenwich mean time) +9
  = 7日3:00 + 9
  = 7日12:00

というわけで、明日のお昼はアクセスできない模様。
